We cut sheet metal with a CNC laser, at high precision and with clean edges, for industrial parts and steel structures that have to fit perfectly on assembly.
Working capacity goes up to 20 mm thickness, on a standard 1500 × 3000 mm format, which covers most metal fabrication and steel structure applications.

We take the drawings or sketches you send us and handle the entire technological flow, so you receive parts ready to use in production or on site.
- We accept technical files (DXF/DWG) or simple sketches, which we can adapt for cutting.
- We optimise part nesting on the sheet to use material efficiently and reduce waste.
- We keep cut quality consistent and hold the dimensions specified.
Traceability and delivery
Every cut part is engraved with its own code, for quick identification and correct assembly, even on complex projects with many elements.
Parts are sorted, packed on pallets and prepared for transport, so you can start machining or assembly straight away.
The steps of a CNC laser sheet cutting project

You send the drawings or sketches
Send us DXF/DWG files or dimensioned sketches, together with the thickness and type of material.

Technical review and quote
We check feasibility, optimise the parts for cutting and send you the price and the delivery date.

Programming and CNC laser cutting
We load the parts into the CNC program, cut the sheet according to the project and engrave the identification codes on every part.
04.
Inspection, sorting and packing
We check the parts dimensionally, sort them by project and subassembly and pack them on pallets, ready for transport.

Delivery to your location
We arrange delivery to your factory or your site, so the parts arrive in time for assembly.

What is the maximum sheet thickness you can cut with the CNC laser?
We can cut sheet in carbon steel, stainless steel and light alloys up to 20 mm thick.
Can you mark the parts for identification?
Yes, we can mark the plates by engraving them while they are being cut.
Do you deliver the parts protected?
Of course. Every order is packed and wrapped securely, so it travels without losses or damage.
Can I send drawings in digital format?
Certainly. We accept CAD/DXF/DWG files, for a fast and accurate cutting setup.
